Had a busy day yesterday, lots of time spent on the business plan plus a very productive visit to a new supplier were the hilights
I start today with a couple of store visits then I have some supplier meetings and some interviews.
My focus at the moment is getting my team up to strength and ensuring that our stores are at full strength. Alongside this I am in a pretty tight schedule with the business plan as I am presenting the first draft to the board next Wednesday.
The one nice thing about being up at the crack of dawn is that you get to see the dawn!
