The weather has been glorious (finally!) which has meant that our stores have been absolutely packed with hungry city workers. Sales wise it’s shaping up to be a fantastic week.
We had our board meeting yesterday during which we signed off on our plan, I know need to translate my 40 page document into an 8 slide presentation which I’m going to spend the next few evenings doing.
We’ve managed to recruit 2 new managers and have another interview this week, we also have interviews coming up for some senior appointments within the head office team which if all goes well will put us in great shape for the future.
Today is going to be filled with supplier visits plus our senior manager meeting and I plan to start my day visiting a couple of our stores.
