The weekend

Had a lovely day yesterday visiting Chester zoo with my family, it’s my wife’s birthday today so we are going out for lunch somewhere.

Tomorrow I’m back in London and I’m looking forward to another busy week, we have had a fantastic June and if this good weather keeps up July should also be pretty good.

At the moment I’m gearing up to present our business plan to people across all levels of the business plus I’m still busy meeting our suppliers and organising maintenance support for our stores as this is not something that we are currently doing well. We have now recruited three general managers and taken on board a HR consultant as well as a head of training and brand standards and have only one piece of the jigsaw to put in place, this will hopefully be taken care of this week.
