Drawing up a plan is all well and good but the skill is in the delivery and in the spirit of this I have been cracking on! Last week saw us make some progress in terms of how we recruit people this starting to ensure that we get the right people into our business. We have also complete the process of reorganising our maintenance process, now I make no apologies if none of the above sounds less than sexy as my priority at the moment is minimising distractions. I want managers focusing on their people and their customers not chasing c.v.s of maintenance providers. In fact, the next few months will be dedicated to ensuring that we have s smooth running business totally focused on the customer.
Last week presented us with s number of challenges, not least due to the tube strike and assorted floods! We still managed to have a strong week in terms of sales which is encouraging.
