After a day spent mainly in the office I’m out visiting some of our stores this morning, even after our area manager settled into the job I plan to meet every manager at least once a month as it’s important that I keep in touch with the business.
We are gearing up for tomorrow’s managers meeting and I’m hopefully that the managers will come away feeling engaged and with a clear line of sight of our objectives, they might not necessarily agree with everything that we are trying to do but at the very least they will understand the “how” and the “why” which is important.
Also on the agenda for this week is planning out the next few months in order to ensure that we achieve the objectives which we have set ourselves within the business plan.
