after my team presented our business plan it’s now time to get on and deliver it. Our operations manager is a couple of weeks away from going live and once she in place delivery of the operational improvements will be a lot easier.
We have already made a start on HR in general and are doing quite a lot of work on recruitment. We are also starting to put together a set of behaviors which will be the basis of our recruitment and appraisals.
Lots of work to do but I have a great team around me and I’m confident that they will deliver.
