After a successful meeting with our bankers yesterday I allowed myself a small lie in before heading out to visit some stores this morning.
Yesterday was interesting as our HR manager managed to pull together some turnover stats which showed us that we have some work to do!
I’m really looking forward to tomorrow as I have a session on training and succession planning.
