Getting ready for work

I have rather a nomadic lifestyle at the moment as I currently stay in a hotel during the week, I obviously don’t keep the room over the weekend so every Friday I have to pack all of my stuff and bring everything back with me when I return home to Cheshire. This means that part of my weekend is spent getting myself organised and doing washing ready for my trip back to London. I get everything ready and load my car in the Sunday evening as on a Monday morning I don’t have a minute to waste if I want to avoid the worst of the traffic.

Hopefully this routine will end at some point in August.

On the diet front I have now lost 24 pounds since I started working with Vital in the middle of May. I’m eating far healthier and now going to the gym virtually every evening. Sadly I have a long way to go and to be honest I am kicking myself for having put all of this weight on.
