After a day partly spent working in one of our shops I am back out visiting some shops with our operations manager who goes “live” today. As well as visiting shops we are planning to sit down and agree a plan for the next few weeks. Today we also have our monthly succession planning meeting which I am sure will be interesting!
Just looking back to yesterday I spent part of the afternoon attending the trainers meeting to discuss the business plan with them, from my point of view it went well and we had a good discussion. It’s important to me that I gain the support of people at all levels of our business as this will make the months ahead much easier.
What will also make things easier is a return of our summer as the last few days have not been ideal weather.
