Our Bang Bang chicken is a mouth watering combination of chicken, roquito peppers, peanuts, green beans, carrots and sweetcorn on a quinoa and spinach base tossed with a sweet chilli and lime dressing. Of course, you have the opportunity to “customise” your salad as you can swap any one of the ingredients.
