Tomorow is going to be a bit unusual as I will travelling down by train which means that I can get some work done on the way down plus I don’t have to get up at 3am!
Next week will be hectic with our focus being more efficient in shops, this involves work on staff rotas on a shop by shop basis.
Our new head of training starts on Monday and his arrival marks the end of my recruitment phase as I now have a full team in place which is really exciting, having said that it’s now that the hard work starts!
