This post is the first to go out on the Vital Ingredient Twitter account which is something that I am really excited about. We now have someone who manages our account on a full time basis and you may have noticed that our account is far more active than it was previously.
For those of you that may be reading my blog for the first time it’s probably worth my talking you through what I do. I started blogging about 5 years ago as a way of letting people know what I was doing and why I was doing it, in those 5 years I have blogged about my experiences with various companies and in various countries and I have gained a modest but loyal following.
I keep my posts short and sweet and try and post something daily and I tend to blog about life as the MD of Vital, food and a range of subjects which I believe my readers might find interesting.
