The rise of the Garden Centre

It seems strange to be going to our local garden centre for breakfast after all, for many years all you did at garden centres was buy things for your garden. Not any more, our local garden centre at Bridgemere boasts a restaurant, a cafe, a kiddies play area as well as a range of shops which range from a butchers to a hobby craft store. To be honest you could spend most of the day here!

I quite like Bridgemere, it’s located just outside Nantwich surrounded by that wonderful Cheshire countryside which looks green and lush in a way that only the British countryside seems to manage. They serve quite decent food and the kiddies play area manages to keep my toddler amused for a decent amount of time.
