the long weekend is over and it’s almost time to hit the road for the long commute to work. Like many firms we have had a number if people on holiday who all return today so there is going to be a lot of catching up to do.
Because if the bank holiday, my dairy for today is essentially what it would have been yesterday, along with my usual Monday meetings we have our first TL meeting taking place later on today. Meetings like this are really important as they give us the opportunity to talk to our colleagues about our plans, explain why we are doing what we are doing and hear their thoughts.
Tomorrow we have our monthly managers meeting which will be the first for our new head if training. Now that he has started he is going to very busy as we have a lot of catching up to do with regards to our training and career development.
