its been a short week in terms of it only being a four day week but it’s been a “long” week for me and the team. I’m spending the morning out and about visiting shops in the west end before returning to the office to do some final work on our employee value proposition as we are set to make some announcements next week in terms of pay and benefits. In whatever business I have been involved with I have always had a desire to at least work towards becoming an employer of choice and my aspirations for Vital are no different, this is partly the reason why one of my first new hires was a head of training.
