the final piece of our support team jigsaw is almost in place as we are preparing to make an offer to an exceptionally talented NPD lady who will hopefully be joining us in a part time basis in January. I’m quite proud of the fact that we have brought in 9 new members of the team since I started and have paid no recruiters fees whatsoever, obviously this isn’t good news for recruitment agencies but we are a small business and cannot justify the circa £20k that it would have otherwise cost me to recruit these new additions.
We have recently stepped up our efforts to secure new locations and the work which are doing now will hopefully help ensure that we have an exciting 2016.
I’m back in leafy (and wet) Cheshire for the weekend and am looking forward to visiting the Nantwich Food Festival with my family.
