I was out of the house at 3:30 am earlier today and had a pretty uneventful drive down which means I’m into the office early and in a pretty good mood!
Apart from the usual Monday meetings we are going to spend some time sifting through property details as we start to form a property pipeline.
Also on the agenda for today is finalise the communication which will go out early next week and which will announce the proposed pay increases for colleagues out in stores. We have set ourselves a challenge to be seen as an employer of choice within our sector with a plan in place to achieve this inside of three years, this announcements is a first small but significant step in that journey.
