We launched our staff survey yesterday, it’s the first one that Vital have undertaken and as a leadership team we are very much looking forward to the results. We are putting in as much work as we can to ensure that as many people as possible complete the online questionnaire and we have committed to doing this quarterly. We will of course be sharing th results and more importantly sharing what we will be stopping, starting and continuing to do.
The challenge with these surveys is not doing them, it’s about taking meaningful, sustainable action to put right the issues raised.
