Culture and values

Part of my work here at Vital involves working with our founder to understand who we are and why we do what we do, this is important because in my experience a good brand is bigger than the sum of its parts. Part of this work has been to complete a staff survey and I am delighted that we have achieved a response rate of over 90%, this really is a fantastic achievement and one that everyone at Vital should be proud of. Having said that, the easy part has been done, now comes the hard part which will be acting on the feedback received…..I will keep you posted!
