Monday sees the launch of our new autumn range and the team has been busy preparing. We have been doing lots of training and our stores teams are excited and looking forward to the new products. What is exciting for me is the launch of our new coffee and the introduction of trained baristas, we have lots of opportunity to grow our breakfast sales and this move marks the start.
On my agenda for today is an operating board meeting,time with my head of training and then attending the trainers meeting. I will also be spending some time looking through the results of our staff survey.
