Springboard 

I’m paying a visit to Springboard, one of my favorite charities this morning, I did some fund raising for them a couple of years ago and love the fact that they help people to help themselves. We are hoping to work with them in the near future so this morning’s meeting is one that I have been looking forward to for some time.

I have put the finishing touches to the action plan based on our staff survey feedback which was presented to our managers yesterday and will be sent out to our teams on Friday, our next staff survey will take place in January and I’m hopeful that our people will respond posivitly to the changes we have planned.

On a personal note, this week is the last that I will spend living in a hotel as I move back into our South London flat next Monday, I can’t wait as living out of a suitcase has lost its appeal!
