Yesterday was an interesting day, it was pretty intense as we had a four hour external meeting to navigate and had spent most of the previous day and then the morning preparing for. I think it went well although I won’t know how well until later today. We are still in the process of rolling out our new autumn menu which we are having to do in stages as we are taking this opportunity to revamp our menu boards which is proving to be rather tricky.
Today is packed with meeting plus I am going to be out and about looking at new locations.
