Update 

I did attempt to write a post yesterday but sadly never got around to completing it as the day ran away with me. It’s was actually quite a nice day, firstly because my commute into work was only 30 minutes and secondly because I didn’t have to get up at 2:45am! There were other reasons for it being a good day, I received several pieces of good news and all in all it was also a really productive day.

Today is another day of meetings combined with visits to potential new locations. It feels like I have walked around most of central London but overall our property hunt has been quite a positive experience.

Finally, our new menu has been quite well received, it’s hard to please everyone especially as there is a limit to how many different dressings and ingredients we can stock so adding new products means having to delist some other products. We always focus on replacing slow selling products but even the slowest selling product will have its fans.
