Yesterday was a crazy day, we had two long external meetings, a visit to a potential new store, an internal and then an external food meeting and then finally a succession planning meeting before dealing with my emails and then heading home.
It’s been an incredibly exciting few months with so much happening here at Vital, having said that there are times when I wish that the pace was just a little frenetic. Our biggest challenge at the moment is having sufficient resource to achieve everything that we would like to, we constantly evaluate projects in terms of their usefulness and value added as we cannot commit ourselves to “nice to do” projects for the moment.
I mentioned visiting a potential new site yesterday, we are planning to visit another three today and we have offers pending on a substantial number of potential new sites, this is part of our plan to really grow the business next year.
