By way of a change I am travelling down to London on a London Midland train, it takes a while to make the journey (2 hours and 40 minutes) but its the cheapest way to get to London on a Monday morning.
As usual, today is going to be hectic as along with the usual one to ones we have a further meeting to decide our store opening plans for December, this is not a busy time for us so this year we are planning to engage more with our customers with some special offers.
Last Friday was the second time we ran our “Friyay” offer, this involves giving our customers 50% off our lovely, freshly made products after 2.30pm. Initial take up of the offer has been positive so we will continue to run the offer and see how it develops.
We are also running our £3.95 breakfast offer which is gaining in popularity and we plane to do more to spread the word about this over the coming weeks.
