When of the least exciting tasks that I need to get involved with is setting the annual budget. This is one of those necessary and unavoidable tasks which needs doing and cannot be delegated. We have started to canvass the various departments to understand their own individual budgets and we start to piece together the overall number.
Apart from the budget we have been busy finalising our plans for our winter launch, I’m not going to give much away but our focus will be value, quality and choice…..what more could you want!
