We don’t have long to go until 2016 and we are working hard to get ourselves ready for this.
One of our key challenges is finding the right people as in our industry in central London there are more jobs than people and we have had to work on our employee value proposition. We have done some work already but there is much more to do. We have also worked hard on improving our recruitment process and this improvement had started to bear fruit.
One of my jobs is to ensure that there in little to distract our manages from their focus on customers and staff and getting the right people and ensuring that they are motivated plays a key part in that.
