I spent a large part of my day out our Artillery Row store catching up on work and asking various meetings. I really enjoy visiting this store, it’s so we’ll run and has such a fantastic team. It was actually quite a tough day for them as they had a big customer delivery and their food delivery didn’t turn up, added to this their team leader was being graduated! She passed with flying colours and the store had a great trading day having taken the various setbacks in their stride.
I left the store feeling really upbeat and energised which is a wonderful way to end the day. Thanks guys.
