time is flying and it’s hard to believe that I have been with Vital close to 7 months. It’s been a strange year as I spent a chunk of time in Kuwait before coming back to the UK to take up my role with Vital.
So much has happened in these 7 short months, the business has been through a petty aggressive change strategy in order to gear it up for growth. The program of change is pretty much going to be complete by the end of January which will hopefully give us some time ahead of moving into growth.
