yesterdays meeting lasted a marathon 4 hours plus and was pretty intense. Thankfully it went reasonably well and we continue to make some progress with that particular project.
I’m out in shops today as it’s been a while since I was out and about and I’m really looking forward to seeing some of our teams and wishing them a merry Christmas.
We made an appointment to our head office team and added an experienced HR manager to the business. I am really excited about this role as it will help us make the journey to being an employer of choice which is something that I passionately believe is important.
