I am spending a large part of my day reviewing and updating our 2016 business plan which is proving to be a useful process. In some areas we are going to have to start from scratch as our focus has changed but in many areas we are simply building on the work that took place six months ago and given that I have the benefit of close to eight months in the business it would be counter productive to not take the opportunity to revisit things.
I now have a team in place who will help me add detail to the sections which require it. The plan is then to communicate the plan to the business towards the end of the month
