Today has been a mixed day, the shops came out of the Xmas break relatively cleanly, we weren’t too short of staff and we didn’t have too many disasters in the shops (only 1 in fact!) which is also good news.
I’m now on th train home reflecting on the day and casting my mind forward to tomorrow, let’s see what it brings….
