I know that Friday has been and gone but I wanted to remind everyone that on a Friday we used to have to throw out quite a lot of our ingredients as fresh food does not keep all that long. A while back we decided to reduce our waste and give our customers a bit of a Friday treat. Hence our FriYaY promotion which has been gaining popularity on a weekly basis as after 2:30 a large part of our range is being offered with a 50% discount. This initiative is part of the work which we are doing to make our business even more environmentally aware, a large part of this strategy has been our recent joining of the Sustainable Restaurant Association and I will be blogging in more detail about this soon.
