I finished work last night at just after 9pm as we have a hugely important meeting today which I needed to be fully prepared for, this has really brought home to me that as MD I need to keep a number of plates spinning whithout losing focus on what’s important. The last 9 months have been an exciting learning curve with lots of success and many sleepless nights!
We are starting to interview for our area manager role and so far I have met a number of capable candidates, we are not far from getting to a shortlist. We have come up with a robust process which should hopefully leave is in a position to hire the best possible candidate.
