its the end of a hectic week and I’m at the swimming pool watching my son have his swimming lesson, he isn’t doing too badly for a three year old.
Last week was a solid week sales wise although the rain on Friday did nothing to help us. We have improved controls in the business which is encouraging and is a testament to the work that out head of operations has done over the last few months.
I have pretty much concluded all of my annual reviews and I’m in target to have targets, pay reviews and bonus wrapped up by the end of next week.
Our new HR manager is settling in really well and I am looking forward to working with her as the year progresses.
