Up bright and early and getting ready to spend a bit of time on my treadmill. Other than that I’m planning a relaxing day doing nothing much.
Looking at the week ahead I’m going to be spending some time on property as we work towards locating potential new sites, I also plan to wrap up all of the end of year appraisals and lock down everyone’s bonus targets. We also have our first operating board and heads of department meetings next week as well as our slightly delayed Christmas team night out.
