Having a slightly slower start to the day as I’m working from home this morning, first meeting of the day is at noon when we will be having our regular monthly succession meeting, we tend to combine this with a manpower meeting as both areas are of up huge importance to this business.
I had a slot in the Vity store managers meeting and I have to say it was the most enjoyable meeting which I have attended here at Vital, our new managers are settling in well and as well as bringing their knowledge and expereince to this business they have brought a refreshing “can do” attitude and enthusiasm which is inspiring to say the least. It’s great seeing the difference that these guys are making to the business as they start to really drive their individual store performance.
Yesterday was a major milestone for the business and hopefully one of many steps towards a bright future for Vital. Sorry to be so cryptic but hopefully all will be revealed soon enough!
