i have lots to catch up on this weekend so plan to spend most of it working, I have a pile of emails to work through, a tender document to complete and review and preparation for Tuesday’s presentation to complete. The next few weeks are going to be crazier than usual as we are now busy taking the project that the management team have been involved with since last August is now entering its final stages and we got our fist taste of the work required at the back end of last week.
We have closed the book on January, it was a really good month with improving like for like sales performance and a strong margin so as a team we are quietly satisfied, there remains much to do but we have made a psoitive start to the year.
Right, time to take my new bike out of a spin before getting down to some work!
