What a week! I gave a well received talk at the Food To Go conference, we secured a third new location and added another 3 locations to our growing new store pipeline and had another couple of game changing events take place. Regular readers of this blog (thank you!) will have been reading about a “project” that the senior management team has been working on since shortly after my arrival and will know that I have been rather coy with the details, well I’m not about to reveal all just yet but suffice to say that it could be the best thing that has happened to this brand during the 15 years of its existence. All will be revealed shortly!
As for today, I’m about to head out on my bike for a ride than spending the rest of the day sorting out the flat ahead of the arrival of my family who I haven’t seen for a couple of weeks.
