half was through my mini break now and today we are heading over to Whitstable to see some old friends and have lunch at a wonderful seafood restaurant we like to visit.
Work wise, the emails have been piling up and I plan to go through them tomorrow after my family have departed for the trip back to Cheshire. Next week is going to be even more hectic than usual given all the project work which is going on in the background. I also plan to spend some time with the operations consultant who we have brought on board as they get stuck into some of our stores.
Finally, a chunk of next week is going to be taken up with property, we have a number of new sites that could make it into the legal process over the coming weeks plus I need to do some work on the layouts of the three sites which we have already secured.
