one of the first things I did with my team when I joined Vital was to pull together an MTR, over the last nine months this has undergone a numbr of revisions and refinements but the major themes remain the same. We will be spending a large chunk of the day reviewing the MTR and its key assumptions with some experts and its going to be interesting to obtain their insights into our key assumptions and to understand how well they stand up to scrutiny. We think that we have developed a prudent, realistic plan which with a fair wind is deliverable, I look forward to hearing the thoughts of others!
On the property front we are closing in on another 3 properties, they are not in legals yet but we remain hopefully of doing a deal. Of we secure them then we will have achieved our new store opening plan for the year. Phasing their opening dates is going to be tricky but that’s potentially going to be a nice problem to have!
