I didn’t get to bed until after 11pm as I was busy working and sadly I was awake again at 4am this morning which is not ideal but as I have a breakfast meeting in one of our stores I need to be out of the house just after 6am.
Today is looking as crazy a day as the rest of this week has been with store visits, a food meeting, a property pipeline meeting and a catch up with some of the support team who are involved in some of the project work which we are undertaking.
What I am really looking forward to discussing are the results from our first customer feedback session, we got nine of our customers together and had a discussion about all things Vital and the results have made fascinating reading. What’s also been interesting is the number of responses to our recently introduced online customer satisfaction survey. We have some work to do to get the response rate to an adequate level in all stores but I’m pleased with the progress made so far. We have a strong net promoter score which is indicative of how popular the brand is and some honest feedback on things which we need to do better on. We are already planning our next customer feedback session as we want to continue the conversation with our customers.
