As per my last post, I go into today feeling optimistic about things as we had a few pieces of very welcome good news yesterday. I’m not one to get carried away so I am allowing myself a brief moment of joy before reverting back to my usual pragmatic, realistic self!
In terms of the day job we are in full recruitment mode as we ramp up our staffing levels and focus on ensuring that our teams are fully trained ahead of our spring peak trading period. I am managing to spend quite a bit more time out in the business which I am really enjoying and my plan is to do much more of this over the coming weeks.
