I have a couple of meeting this morning then I plan to be out and about in shops for the est of the day. I spent quite a bit of time in the City last week so this week I’m going to focus on the West End and then I’m heading off to take part in the managers meeting where I will be talking to them about getting ready for our peak sales quarter. We will also be reviewing the first wave of our brand standards review, these visits have been announced and very much focused on coaching our manager. There results weren’t great but then this is a business that isn’t used to have a brand standards manual or detailed follow up on standards. Our review is very much focuses on quality of food and service and on speed of service.
High on my radar screen is recruitment, as we ramp up for peak trading we will be increasing our recruitment so if required I plan to throw more resources at our resourcing team.
