My Monday’s are usually filled with meetings but today I am heading out to shops before returning to the office, we had a break in last night in one of our shops so I need to go over there and assess the damage, plus I want to visit one of our other store managers.
My focus this week is to ensure that our biometric time and attendance system is being correctly used by managers so that we can begin to tackle absence which is a real issue for us and has been for some time.
Other than this, work goes on to have enough people in place for the summer (if we ever get a summer) and to ensure that we have people ready to open new stores.
