Today will be a day of meetings, firstly I have quite a bit of time pencilled in with our FD before we both have to head over to our company solicitor for a meeting which I am expecting will last a couple of hours. Other than this I am spending some time in shops this morning asking a look at breakfast and how good a job we do of delivering it.
Things are starting to hot up on the property front as we are exploring a number of potential new stores that look very promising. We still have a lot of work to do but I am hopeful that three or four of them will come up off.
Finally, spring appears to have arrived and now that we are out of the Easter holiday period sales have lifted significantly which is obviously good news. Our challange now is to ensure that our stores are in a good place to take full advantage of the increased footfall both in terms of numbers of people but also the quality of their training.
