It’s been a positive week, sales are on their way up. Our staffing levels are in a good place and our plans to ramp up recruitment prior to the summer are on track, management recruitment is also positive with two more managers recruited leaving us in good place. We have also made significant progress on both our cost of goods and labour whilst our net promotor scores continue to be high.
If any of the above sounds complacent trust me that’s not the case. There remains a huge amount of work to do both in terms of our operation and opening of new stores. Work that I’m very much looking forward to getting stuck into at the end of next week.
As for today, it’s going to be yet another day of meetings although I’m out and about at lunch time.
