After many months of hard work the end is within sight! I know that this is a slightly cryptic comment but all will (hopefully)be revealed shortly. As always in any process I don’t take anything for granted.
In terms of the day job, things are moving along nicely, our recruitment team are doing an amazing job in sourcing the right people and we are bringing some good managers on board. Operationally things have settled down quite well and whilst there is a lot of work to do we have some solid foundations in place upon which we can build.
Our time and attendance project is close to full implementation and it’s great to see how well our managers and teams have adopted this. What I love about the system is that just after 11am every morning I get an update on the staffing level of every shop on the estate which give me a great indication how how well lunch time will go.
At the moment there is a lot going on and as a senior team we really are taking things one day at a time!
