I am taking today off as tomorrow I have rather a lot of documents to wade through which I’m not exactly looking forward to. It’s been a funny old week, the cold wet weather is not helping but I’m really pleased at the sustained improvement in our product margin. I’m also pleased that our net promotor score is holding steady as we enter the third month of our online customer survey. We have just completed the first prize draws for the lucky winners of our free lunch for a month competition and will shortly be handing out prizes to the team members with the most positive comments from our customers.
We are also doing well with recruitment and retention and are heading into the summer in great shape staff wise.
So lots to be pleased about but lots of work still to do and no one here at Vital (least of all me) is feeling complacent.
