I’m at the tail end of my 15 minutes of fame and my focus is very much back on the day job. I’ve spent quite a bit of time working with the team on our property pipeline as we really want to push forward with our plans in terms of new store openings. We also had a great session on succession planning yesterday and whilst we have some work to do overall we are not in a bad place.
I’m looking forward to the longer weekend as an opportunity to see my family and recharge a little before getting stuck into delivering this years business plan and laying the ground work for the next couple of years.
